The air conditioning was inadequate, but the suite had nice furnishings.

Very large and very nicely furnished rooms in the old building with all comfort, beautiful pool with terrace and garden, close to the hiking area. Good breakfast. Nice perosnal.
Dinner in the restaurant: great atmosphere, but average food. Some areas of the hotel are in need of renovation, stained carpets, plaster is peeling off, the covers of the chairs are dissolving in the bar.

Place was fairly clean, everything was modern. We were given a classic queen room with a mountain view or a garden view and the garden. This was a particularly good location close enough to the on-site restaurant, mountain and center of town. Easily reached Borges, located not very far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The hotel offers fine historic architecture that
Merges beautifully with modern amenities. The breakfast was diverse with plenty of local options to try, but a slight downside was the coffee quality at breakfast. The staff were genuinely cute.

The staff was very friendly and there was even a small glass of local liquor for check-in. Rooms were clean. Nice garden with children's playground and pool. Mountain villages in the area are very beautiful.

The historic charm of the palace combined with thoughtfully modern amenities. The breakfast was amazing, with locally-sourced foods and a variety of options to satisfy every palate. The staff were attentive.
None to mention.

I t was a beautiful building . The rooms were very nice ,spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good with excellent choice and standard and we were able to eat outside.
The location is on the edge of a town overlooking a half finished building site and industrial area (though there are nice views of mountains in the background). The staff in general were inefficent and inattentive , they gave us little information about the hotel which was compounded by the lack of an information card in the room. We were overcharged for a meal and when my girlfriend questioned the mistake it took a number of interstaff exchanges before it was rectified and without an apology been offered. Be warned that the wi-fi does not work in the main part of the hotel , we were given a cable which also didnt work. To sum up the hotel has excellent potential to be a top class hotel but is severely let down by its current staff (management?) and its location

The spacious room made it easy to move around, and the pool area was refreshing. The breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start to our days. Plus, the attentive staff provided accommodations for our little one, a nice touch!
In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.
